Self-seeding Serenity

Do you need quiet time in the morning to prepare for the day and days ahead? You must plant and regenerate peace to achieve inner growth. Reduce the noise so you can hear what the soul is whispering and not saying. Self-seeding serenity. Serenity requires hearing and doing.

A pond is a serene sanctuary that provides a tranquil refuge for contemplation and solace. It is a place where one can escape the chaos of daily life and find inner peace. The calmness and stillness of the water create an atmosphere conducive to reflection and introspection. The gentle ripples on the surface of the pond mirror the gentle thoughts and whispers of the soul. Surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of nature, the pond offers a haven of serenity. Here, one can sit in silence, allowing the mind to wander and the spirit to rejuvenate. It is a space that encourages self-discovery and self-awareness, providing a respite from the demands and distractions of the outside world. In the solitude of the pond, one can find solace and reconnect with oneself. But to get there many times we must travel the road of chaos and turn at the intersection of trouble. Sometimes we are called upon to push the limits of solitude to allow "perfect storms" to blow in and lead us into deeper insights so that in the future the winds are only whispers.
